Learning Reiki helps you to transform your life through learning how to heal yourself and others, relax and be happy.

My teachings focus on hands-on healing as well as being a spiritual practice for growth and self development. I have three Reiki Masters in both Western and Traditional Reiki so you will learn about the system of Reiki from both perspectives. I teach Reiki Ryoho (up to Master level) based on my studies with Hyakuten Inamoto in Japan (Komyo Reiki Kai) and Frans and Bronwen Stiene in Sydney (International House of Reiki).

Ki (energy) has one source – therefore Ki is neither positive nor negative, it is your mind’s perception and your body’s reaction that judges it as dual. The more grounded you are, the more peace and joy you have and you become less affected by external causes and conditions (ie what our life situation is, what others say and do etc). I’m passionate about sharing my deep understanding of cosmic energy and how it can be used to balance our physical body, mind and spirit.

I teach small groups of 2-4 people. You experience practical exercises as well as meditations to help you go deeper with your personal practice and energetic connection. I provide ongoing support for all students at all levels.

Level 1 Shoden: 2 days
This level is for beginners who want to do hands-on healing on themselves and family and friends (at no cost). You learn:
· what is Reiki and its origins
· how to let go of worry and anger
· how to bring gratitude and kindness into your life
· Reiju or attunements (you receive four Reiki blessings)
· self-healing and mediation techniques
· hands-on healing techniques and practice
· how to develop a daily self-practice

Cost: $275/$220 for low income or full-time students
         $145 for TAFE course enrolments (See workshop dates.)

Workshop participants receive a Shoden workbook and a certificate. On-going support and guidance is provided for students. See workshop dates.

Level 2 Chuden: 1 day
This level is for any Level 1 Reiki students who want to become a Reiki practitioner or go deeper with their Reiki practice. You learn:
· the first three Reiki symbols (traditional symbols from Usui’s teachings in Japan)
· how to use the symbols
· Reiju or attunements (you receive four Reiki blessing)
· distant healing techniques
· traditional Japanese Reiki healing methods

Cost: $275/$220 for low income or full-time students

Workshop participants receive a Chuden workbook and a certificate. On-going support and guidance is provided for students. See workshop dates.

Reiki Master
Level 3 (Okuden) & 4 (Shinpiden): 3 days
Suitable for: Level 2 Practitioners (any lineage) or established Master/Teachers who want to update their knowledge. For those who would like to walk on a spiritual path of Reiki Ryoho to obtain Satori (enlightenment).

What the training includes:

  • · deeper understanding of the system of Reiki, its history and the precepts.
    · review of Levels 1 (Shoden) and 2 (Chuden).
    · the Four Reiki Symbols including the Master shirusi (symbol) – its meaning, usage and spiritual description.
    · receiving the attunement/reiju to Shinpiden level.
    · how to perform attunements/reiju.
  • · manuals for Levels 1-4 which may be used for your own teaching purposes
  • · certification permitting you to teach Reiki Ryoho (Komyo Reiki).
  • · invitation to re-sit all levels for free after completing Reiki Masters to help you go deeper with your learning and to observe it from a teaching perspective.
